8 & Half Non-Stop

Ok, I did it again, I broke my own record of 7 hours non-stop teaching.

Yup! 8 and half of non-stop classes. Before I did it, I wondered if I could but well, if I don't try, I will never know. I am not going to deny that it was not difficult. In my 5th class, my legs felt like lead. I honestly thought I will not be able to even walk from one end of the studio to the other.

But thank God, I got through. No, I didn't do it just to prove that I could. Sunitha has gone to a college on the other end of town. She can only come back for her Advanced classes in the weekends. This means all my class-free Sundays are gone now.

The next record to break will be 10 hours. Dare I go for it?

hmmm.... is there no one else who can help out? Even if they are only able to demonstarate, operate the cd player or get you a coffee.
There are laws against this type of workload in 'proper' jobs...
Look after yourself old girl. This will NOT doo you any good if yoou keep doing it.
Consider yourself scolded.

I know, I know. It's supposed to be a temporary thing but looks like it's going to take longer than I anticipated. I've got most avenues covered. CD player with a remote. Someone gets me snack in the middle of the day and I nibble during change of class. I promise, I am going to do something about it.

I hope so. Or else I shall just have to come over there... :-)
