Surprise! Surprise!

Today was the 1st lesson after exams. I was quite excited. I have felt so 'tied down' with exam work. Lots of ideas and new exercises have been brewing in my brain.

So the 1st class was Advanced Foundation............ fun, fun, Fun.

Then, I had an hour to kill so I walked over to the nearby restaurant and had a lonely dinner. It began to pour outside, so I took my time to finish up. Eddie walked in. We have seen each other in passing in church but have not actually chatted. So it was nice to be able to catch up.

Rain or no, I had to get back by 7.30. Class got kind of challenging. They were giggling so much because of all the weird exercises I devised. We also worked the good old lousy ones too, like the pose turns. So there I was, yelling, "don't throw your arms out so much! Focus! Where are you going???!!!"

I heard the door lock turn (probably Bee Hong coming in for the 9.00 class) Suddenly, a mini processional strolled into the studio. (Looks on my face - puzzled) Then the gigglers giggled harder. Ooooooooooh! It's a surprise party for ME! Ok, it's one of the rare occasion whereby I WAS surprised. I somehow do not associate my birthday with this week. Hey! It's next week!

But I must admit, if it was meant to be a surprise, then I AM surprised! Well done, girls and thank you.

P.S.Due to the surprise nature of the occasion, yours truly was so caught by surprise that no camera was prepared. But of course the some of the 'surprisers' came prepared. So until there's donation from those, this post shall remain, picture-less.

Nathalee just sent me a bunch of pictures...................

Hey, Victor! But I think I'll stick to Valen. Bablyon 5 is one of my most fav TV series. Used to have a fren who's crazy about it too. On Fridays (B5 was on Thurs nights) we'll call each other and discuss the episode.
