Do Not Phone and Drive

The other day, I heard a report on the radio stating that talking or texting on the phone while driving is VERY distracting, even when one is on hands-free.

Immediately after hearing the report, mum called. I was driving. I got distracted, missed a turning and ended up on some strange road. Took me a long while to get back.

It happened again on Tuesday night. I called Kenneth, he did not pick up. So I headed off for home. He called back, I answered and while deep in conversation, I missed a turning AGAIN! Had to take a nearly round the world journey home.

Hence I have proven that the report is absolutely true.
