Moving Snippets 2

On one of the 1st occasion I was here for long hours, before moving, I had to go and look for lunch. Klang is a Hokkien sort of area and I don't know Hokkien at all. So when I made my orders for drinks, I asked for 'shuit cha' (iced tea) The lady asked me, "Liang teh?"

Mmmmmmm, that sounds about right, so I said, "Ah"

A few minutes later, a tall glass of iced something was plonked in front of me, with a straw. I remember thinking to myself, 'wah! Klang tea comes with straw'. Then I wondered how come the tea is in a different colour. Then it dawned on me that it's herbal tea and now iced Chinese tea.

I learnt something new. Liang Teh = Herbal Tea. I have yet to find out what's iced Chinese tea.
